• Energy & Deployment Practice (DOE Loans, ARPA-E & OCED): Advises capital-intensive energy and climate teams on DOE LPO readiness, ARPA-E transformational programs, SBIR/STTR pathways, and deployment incentive structures. Credentials: DOE loan diligence preparation, ARPA-E technical milestone framing, Project finance narrative development, SBIR/STTR budget and compliance support.
• Post-Award Operations Practice (Compliance, PMO & Closeout): Builds post-award operating models for funded teams—cost controls, reporting cadence, subcontractor oversight, and audit-ready closeout across federal contract types. Credentials: FAR/DFARS cost accountability, DCAA-ready time and labor practices, Subrecipient monitoring workflows, Federal contract closeout discipline.
